I really liked this place, the rooms were nicely decorated and the staff was excellent.

Everything was good, including amicable staff and magnificent location to cu Chi tunnel. The food at the lobby was different. Tbh, had a wonderful stay for my business trip: D

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, greatly enjoyed our stay, it had different food and absolutely perfect location in Muddy pond. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with breakfast is held, Wi-Fi and a complimentary minibar as expected.

The hotel rooms were light and amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous and unbeatable location close to the Takashimaya department store.

The hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY COMFORTABLE. the hotel had great views and unbeatable location really close to the center of Ho Chi Minh. - Good restaurants and a market were infront of the street. - the room we had included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar.

The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious with a balcony overlooking a beautiful tropical garden. It was the perfect spot to relax with a book or enjoy a cup of coffee, surrounded by nature.

Personally, I found the view from the balcony to be a bit lacking. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The breakfast was great with a lot of options. the place is modern and fairly clean. the room is well-appointed with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the location is perfect and wonderful, right next to the Takashimaya department store. the hotel also has good facilities.

As young holiday goers, we loved the modern and spacious rooms at Innside. the Deluxe room upgrade was a nice bonus. the location was excellent, with easy access to all the city's attractions. the hotel itself was smart and modern, with comfortable beds. the lobby room where breakfast was held was clean and air-conditioned. We also enjoyed the traditional Vietnamese food stalls right in front of the hotel.

The room with a balcony overlooking the tropical garden is absolutely amazing! It provides a calming and refreshing outdoor view while I relax with a good book or a cup of coffee. As a nature lover, this was just perfect for me.

Personally, I found the room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a plunge pool to be a bit overwhelming. Others might enjoy it, but I prefer a more cozy and intimate space.

We had a wonderful stay at Innside! The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing us easy access to major attractions like the Ben Thanh Market and Bitexco Tower. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Perfect location, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast spread. This hotel ticks all my boxes for a comfortable stay. It's situated in the heart of the city and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shopping options. The breakfast buffet, hands down, is the best I've had during my trip to this country, with crispy fried rice being a standout dish. The hotel staff are always on hand to help and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Oh, the joy of staying in a hotel located in a traditional market with rat families crawling around and no soundproofing. Such a delightful experience.

Our room was not clean and the bathroom was in need of serious renovation. The bed was uncomfortable and we could hear noise from other rooms throughout the night.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location to major attractions, good value for money.
